Kim Smith, owner and founder of our company is a 2nd generation home builder with a huge passion for design and quality.  

We are formerly known as Mark Hannula Construction, Designs by Kim Smith, where Kim held ownership for the last 7 years. Kim was Mark’s right hand lady and was a vital part of Mark’s team for almost 10 years before taking ownership and has always continued the same philosophy and ideas that have proven to be steadfast over time. KO Smith Co. is the same team, same talent, same quality just under a new name!  

We strive to offer our customers the absolute best, we build on the past with the future in mind. Our team offers interactive point to point contact with building superintendents, and full-service design services with virtual reality computer aided design experiences. Our houses are built for you and generations to come to make a home. We combine our experience, expertise and excellent customer service to make building a home with us on the Crystal Coast the most enjoyable!
