Kim Smith is our lead designer. She offers a unique combination of technical knowledge as well as the ability to bring aesthetic appeal and function. Her knowledge of local building ordinances and code provides you with a great resource to start your new build project efficiently.

The Design Process

We take a team approach to your new home. We will have design meetings to work through each element until everything is perfect. We will offer guidance that helps make your home exactly what you want it to be and keep it in your budget.

The Final Product

Final PDF’s and hard copy plans can be used for pricing and permit use by any licensed general contractor. KO Smith Co wants to bring your dream to reality but if circumstances are so that another builder assists you our design services can be  separate of our build services.
